‘Thirst Trap’ transforms the gallery space into a domestic living space conditioned for the ideal human experience. Conglomerations of discarded objects and by products form obsessive units which ‘enhance’ the everyday routine. Society strives to obtain eternal bliss through continuous convenience. This exhibition questions what happens when desire and routine are modified to be so user-friendly that one subliminally forgets what it is like to experience reality.
